Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns to drive growth and ensure alignment with Aon's global marketing strategy.
  • Tailor content to suit local markets and demands of the region.
  • Coordinate in-region marketing communications with other regional leaders to build consistent messaging.
  • Direct the marketing team's work to create regionally relevant, integrated demand-focused programs.
  • Drive regional key objectives for demand-focused programs and support buyer leaders and sub-regional growth marketing leaders.

Requirements:

  • Experience with digital marketing and B2B marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated success influencing C-level executives and cross-functional leaders.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to implement programs with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Prior experience as part of an executive leadership team is preferred.
