As a Tire Expert, you will be responsible for providing personalized recommendations to customers based on their vehicle specifications and driving needs. You will also inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers, handle customer complaints and inquiries with empathy and professionalism, and collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer satisfaction.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and develop your skills and expertise in customer service, tire knowledge, and communication.

• Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
