Senior Project Manager Job Description

Innovaderm Research is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our clinical trials team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our clinical trials projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of clinical trials projects, including project planning, budgeting, and timelines.
  • Lead a team of project managers, coordinators, and assistants to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in clinical project management, including management of all project phases from start-up to closure.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Experience working with vendors and internal teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
