We are seeking an experienced Senior Clinical Project Manager to join our team at Innovaderm Research. As a key member of our clinical trials team, you will be responsible for managing complex clinical trials from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trials projects, including project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the preparation of project deliverables, including study plans, protocols, and clinical study reports.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including GCP and ICH standards, and local country regulations.
- Manage project budgets, identify out-of-scope activities, and coordinate change orders.
- Lead client calls, provide timely updates on trial progress, and ensure audit readiness.
- At least 10 years of industry experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a CRO.
- 7+ years of clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from start-up to closure, management of all functional services, and vendor management.
- Experience leading multi-centered, multinational phase III clinical trials, including project budget financial tracking and forecasting.
- Excellent knowledge of GCP and ICH standards, local country regulations, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English with excellent oral and written skills, required. Bilingualism (English and local language) is an asset.
