Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects of medium to high complexity, from conceptualization to completion. You will work closely with program management, sponsors, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient project work using agile methodologies
- Assume responsibility for interdisciplinary and cross-unit project management tasks
- Ensure compliance with project goals regarding time, budget, and quality
- Lead a project team in a global environment, setting up the project organization and staffing the team
- Drive RfI and RfP processes in collaboration with the functional project team members and Procurement
- Manage Change Requests, including approval processes and adjustments of project planning and communication
- Perform Project Risk Management to secure the success of the project
- Support business relationship management and improve relations with operational business units and corporate functions
- Perform Communication and Change Management activities in your project
- Manage a global, cross-functional team, coordinating tasks and ensuring communication within this team
Requirements
- Hold a degree in business and economics, computer science, or a comparable education
- Several years of experience in project management
- Several years of experience in project work and gained experience in engineering of Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or experience as a Manager
- High analytical skills and strong customer and service orientation
- Outstanding communication skills to align and communicate with stakeholders throughout BASF's organization
- Outstanding language skills in English
