At Accor Hotels, we are committed to excellence and exceptional hospitality. We invite you to join our pre-opening team at Fairmont Udaipur Palace as a Business Financial Director.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial success and sustainability. Your strategic financial guidance and implementation of sound financial practices will shape the hotel's financial landscape.

Financial Management: You will identify optimal cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on best practices, ensuring seamless coordination across departments.

Cash Flow Management: You will monitor cash flow projections, optimize cash resources, and implement cash management strategies to ensure adequate funding for pre-opening activities and ongoing operations.

Cost Control: Implementing cost control measures and monitoring expenses will be crucial to adhering to budgetary constraints and maximizing profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Internal Controls: Establishing robust internal controls and financial procedures will safeguard assets, prevent fraud, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Capital Expenditure Management: You will manage capital expenditure projects, evaluate investment opportunities, and coordinate with project teams to ensure cost-effective allocation of resources and timely completion of projects.

Team Leadership: As a Business Financial Director, you will lead and mentor finance team members, providing guidance, coaching, and support to foster their professional development and ensure high performance.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred;
  • A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably in the hospitality industry or a related field, with at least 1 year in a managerial capacity;
  • Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and regulations;
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, analyze trends, and develop actionable insights;
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve organizational goals.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
