Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize all production activities to meet output, quality, and efficiency targets.
* Coordinate the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities to ensure minimal downtime.
* Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO standards, and safety regulations, maintaining high-quality production standards.
* Lead and develop the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
* Oversee procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables, ensuring cost-effective operations.
* Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Manage emergency situations and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations.
* Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and headquarters.
Requirements:
* 3+ years in a production management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Background in electromechanics or facility maintenance is highly desirable.
* Preferred: Higher Vocational Training in Electrotechnical/Automated Systems or Industrial Equipment Maintenance. Alternatively, Intermediate Vocational Training in related fields with significant experience.
* Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and process optimization.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Valid forklift driving license and experience.
* Proficient in English (minimum B1 level) for effective communication with international teams.
