- Maintenance Management: Coordinate the maintenance and repair of production equipment and facilities to ensure minimal downtime
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HACCP, ISO standards, and safety regulations, maintaining high-quality production standards
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the production team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Inventory & Procurement: Oversee procurement and inventory management of spare parts and consumables, ensuring cost-effective operations
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for operational improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Crisis & Safety Management: Manage emergency situations and ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations
- Reporting: Prepare and present production performance reports to senior management and headquarters
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a production management role within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Background in electromechanics or facility maintenance is highly desirable
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management and process optimization
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Valid forklift driving license and experience
