Job Overview

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the integration of various systems within our client's technology landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management and exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Gather and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholders' expectations.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including developers, data analysts, and other product and project managers from the client organization or from external suppliers.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to the client management and stakeholders.
  • Manage the development and integration of various systems, collaborating with analysts and developers to implement integration solutions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot project risks, milestones, integration issues, incidents, and resolutions.
  • Ensure the compliance of developments and integrations with data governance and security standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrated systems and data pipelines.

Required Skills
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, specifically in systems integration and data sourcing/distribution projects.
  • Understanding of CRM systems, data platforms, content and media management platforms, and integration platforms and technologies.
  • Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with project and backlog management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude, exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
