Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cobbler to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for co-creating personalized products with clients using various drawing and illustration techniques.

You will guide clients through a unique co-creation experience, ensuring that they are properly registered on our App for effective customer segmentation and profiling.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will play a proactive role in the sales process, aiming to meet business goals through strategic cross-selling and up-selling. This includes supporting pre-sale and post-sale activities such as inventory management and customer loyalty efforts.

As a skilled artisan, you will maintain the co-creation area in good condition, adhering to our visual merchandising standards. You will also assist with store operational procedures, including opening/closing, inventory management, and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with additional language knowledge being considered a plus. Previous sales experience in the retail/Customer service sector is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving and time management skills, artistic skills, and hand-drawing abilities.
