Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Global Integration Services Architect to join our team at ADP, Inc. As a key member of our Integration Services team, you will play a critical role in providing ongoing support to our global clients who have implemented integration between their HR system of record and one of our payroll platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure new integration clients are onboarded and stabilized according to our standards
- Participate in the transition process from implementation to ongoing service support
- Define cross-functional service scope, responsibilities, and delivery lists with clients
- Provide high-quality support and service to clients and consult them on best practices for design and mapping of the integration with their HR system of record
- Manage issues, provide analysis, and facilitate solution finding within defined SLAs; handle escalations with appropriate complaint handling procedures and ensure issues and risks are managed effectively
- Work with clients and internal teams on change requests and coordinate regional/local service teams for system maintenance and testing
- Provide super-user training on integration
- Internal collaboration: Coordinate internal communication across all Integration Service teams for clients between EMEA, AMER, and APAC regions
- Support integration consultants on reviewing, analyzing, and designing complex issues/solutions and change requests
- Work with Service Relationship Managers and Strategic Client Partners to provide input to their business review meetings and any integration-related questions or issues
- Work with product development teams on (regression) testing new features
- Coordinate technical activities for integration during the implementation and service of payroll/time keeping/benefits/client portal
- Work with IT teams on correct set-up of clients' SFTP file transfer, Single Sign-on, authentication, and GDPR
Requirements
- Knowledge of HCM systems like SAP/SuccessFactors/Oracle/Workday or similar is a plus
- Knowledge of system integration components (APIs, SFTP, middleware, databases, backend, frontend applications) is a plus
- Preferably, you have professional training or experience in a technical field, data science, or HR/payroll
- Experience in a client service/support role – at least 4 years
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
- Experience with Client Relationship Management tools (e.g. Siebel)
- Familiar with MS Office suite, SharePoint, Webex
- Strong client service orientation, initiative, perseverance, and enthusiasm for client success
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach
