Integration Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Architect to join our team at Omega CRM. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business requirements and be able to collaborate with business and technology leaders, enterprise architects, and end-users to propose and implement solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the integration architecture and providing guidance to integration specialists in developing integration solutions for our clients' projects. This will involve analyzing and challenging multiple IT scenarios based on the business environment, designing and validating complex architectures, and collaborating with the internal team to design Salesforce integrations from a data and integration perspective.
The Integration Architect will also lead a team of integration specialists, both onshore and offshore, in building and testing the documented design, and utilize project management and interpersonal skills to oversee concurrent projects, working with internal and external teams.
Mandatory Skills:The successful candidate will possess strong expertise in Application Integration Architecture, API and Microservices architecture, Solution Design, and Development using SOA / EAI solutions. Mulesoft or Talend knowledge or experience is a plus, as is extensive experience in system implementation processes, including design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
The ideal candidate will also have excellent problem-solving and project management skills, with experience in Agile and waterfall methodologies, and exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders, support personnel, and clients at all levels.
