The Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting Brand Managers and other team members to ensure business plans are executed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily communication with customers, partners, and sales representatives to ensure product catalogue and showroom are up-to-date.
  • Ensure customers' product requirements and timelines are communicated to the internal support team and executed correctly.
  • Assist in the completion of in-store and e-commerce quote sheets/item set up sheets.
  • Set up and update image bank, and maintain the most up-to-date pricelist in SAP.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendors, and manage sample/mockup ordering.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Brand Managers to ensure business plans are executed as scheduled.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
