Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet guests upon arrival, make them feel welcome, and ensure their needs are met throughout their stay.
- Front Office Operations: Perform and administer check-ins and check-outs, assign rooms, and handle administrative duties.
- Communication: Be a source of information to guests on various matters, such as transport and restaurant advice, and accommodate general and unique requests.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate with all departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a smooth operation.
- Problem-Solving: Handle complaints and diffuse conflict or tense situations with guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Accommodation: Enjoy a comfortable living space during your stay.
- Visa Sponsorship: Receive support with visa requirements.
- Monthly Allowance: Receive a monthly stipend to support your living expenses.
- Meals and Transportation: Enjoy three on-duty meals per day and local transportation.
