We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Finance Vice President to join our Wholesale Banking team in Madrid. As a key member of our Corporate Finance team, you will play a crucial role in leading the origination and execution of advisory transactions in the context of corporate events such as acquisitions, disposals, refinancings, restructurings, or IPOs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee marketing materials, including company profiles, pitch books, and presentations, to support senior bankers on the origination.
- Lead the execution of transactions, including financial modeling, marketing materials preparation, and deal team management.
- Coordinate input from different teams and review and support the negotiation of legal documentation.
- Provide sign-off to the completion of post-closing obligations and strengthen client relationship skills.
- 6-9 years of professional experience in M&A or Debt Advisory, transaction advisory services, or similar advisory roles in Corporate Finance.
- Excellent financial modeling skills, including DCF, LBO, and DDM.
- Genuine interest in Corporate Finance and ability to earn trust and respect of clients, colleagues, and senior management.
- Proven ability to lead deal teams under supervision of a D/MD.
