Sales Account Manager in Cybersecurity

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager with expertise in SAAS technologies and technical training to maintain and grow accounts in Europe and the Middle East.

This individual will work closely with our revolutionary technology, providing clear and energetic product demonstrations showing value to customers and prospects.

  • Mastery of Cyberbit technologies and customer success playbooks within 1-3 months.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of customer needs and provide customized mapping of training objectives to Cyberbit content catalogue.
  • Track customer health through communication, usage data analysis, and internal tool updates.
  • Support customers and initiatives with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
About the Role
  • Prior experience in SaaS-based cyber security or IT product customer success roles.
  • Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce (desired).
  • Cybersecurity certifications from EC-Council (desired).
