Job Description

As a Visiting Associate at BCG, you will play a key role in collaborative teams, working with clients to identify and develop solutions to their challenges. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from strategy development to operations improvement, and will be supported by a team of experienced consultants and experts.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and develop solutions
  • Work with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop hypotheses, and implement recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, presenting results and driving implementation
  • Contribute to the development of project plans and timelines
Requirements
  • Currently involved in a Bachelor's degree or Master's Degree and availability to carry out a full-time internship throughout the year (2-6 months)
  • Strong analytical skills for quantitative problem-solving, paired with high attention to detail
  • Critical thinking skills to evaluate information, make informed decisions, and develop innovative solutions
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with different projects for you to work on
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and adapt to changing environments
  • EU Work Permit
