Job Title: Global Demand Planner

Join Grifols as a Global Demand Planner and contribute to the success of our international team. As a key member of the Demand Planning Department, you will be responsible for creating and managing the regional demand plan for a group of products of Grifols Diagnostics Division.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage demand planning processes and tools to ensure accurate sales forecasts and efficient supply chain operations.
* Develop and establish a high level of collaboration between departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Own the planning processes, tools, flows, and templates to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
* Focus on sales forecast management and sales forecast quality (accuracy & BIAS) improvement to drive business decisions.
* Lead consensus demand plan and coordinate local demand review to ensure alignment across regions.
* Ensure that all planning activities happen on time with the right quality to meet business objectives.
* Manage new product launches and product lifecycle situations, adjusting planning processes and tools properly to ensure smooth transitions.

### What You'll Need

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
* At least 2 years of experience in Demand Planning, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
* Advanced level of English and experience or knowledge of SAP SD/MM/PP or similar ERP.
* Advanced level in MS Excel and other MS products (PowerPoint, Word, Access).
