Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Team Member to join our team at SLS Barcelona. Under the guidance of our experienced Head Bartender, you will play a key role in crafting our exceptional beverage lineup and delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves
  • Prepare and serve beverage orders according to recipes and service standards
  • Be knowledgeable about bar products and cocktail recipes
  • Maintain a thorough understanding and knowledge of all beverage items and prepare garnishes accordingly
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures established for the outlet and monitor operating supplies
  • Reduce spoilage and wastage, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and have a high-level attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
