About the Role:

Nike is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it. As a Retail Sales Associate/Athlete, you will be the face of Nike, providing valuable experiences to consumers every day. You will utilize your product knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to offer premium experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your product knowledge to provide exceptional customer service and offer premium experiences to our customers.
  • Assist our leadership team in training new employees.
  • Support various store departments, such as working at the cash register, managing incoming and outgoing inventory, restocking shelves, and designing displays.
  • Recommend products to achieve sales goals.
  • Use your digital device knowledge to connect online and offline sales or services in-store.
  • Inform customers and new employees about Nike products and services.
  • Improve your knowledge with our tools and training courses to stay up-to-date on sales trends, Nike products, services, and company culture.
