Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English teacher to join our team in Salamanca Centro. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans, fostering a love of learning in our students, and contributing to a positive and inclusive school culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students
- Establish a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to take risks, explore, and learn
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless collaboration and progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in language instruction and educational technology
- Contribute to the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives and programs that promote academic excellence and student well-being
Requirements
- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher)
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
