Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Educator to join our team in Salamanca. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students, ranging from 1 to 18 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate our proprietary teaching method, incorporating music, games, stories, and arts and crafts to create a fun and interactive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress, provide guidance, and support learners in achieving their academic goals.
- Foster strong relationships with students, their families, and colleagues to create a collaborative and inclusive community.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless coordination and support.
Requirements
- Teaching experience is a plus, but not required.
- Advanced or Proficiency level in English (C1 or higher).
- A Certificate of Sexual Offences with no previous record.
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
