Job Summary

The Head of Home and Easy Living Reporting will oversee the development and delivery of accurate and timely reports to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of reports that cover the Home and Easy Living Lines of Business (LoB) and directly manages a cross-country team of reporting experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and delivery of reports that meet the information needs of Allianz Partners.
  • Lead the design and creation of comprehensive reports to meet the information needs of Allianz Partners.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and align reports with organizational goals of Allianz Partners.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of operations professionals and foster a culture of innovation and excellence that improves AES scores.
  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure the integrity of the reported data.
  • Stay up to date with the newest reporting tools and technologies and integrate innovations to improve reporting capabilities.
  • Ensure reporting practices adhere to industry regulations and organizational standards of Allianz Partners.
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of reporting functions.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or academic degree in data-related fields, business management, or computer science and/or engineering diploma.
  • 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing KPIs, data visualization, creation of dashboards, process mining, and data analysis.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Understanding of IT and data system integrations and architecture.
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
