About the Role:
Oxbridge International School is seeking a highly skilled and experienced MYP Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our educational leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of our Middle Years Program (MYP).
Key Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our teaching staff to develop and implement engaging and challenging MYP curriculum that meets the needs of our students.
- Assessment and Reporting: Develop and implement effective assessment strategies to measure student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Student Welfare: Take responsibility for the pastoral care and well-being of our students, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment in the classroom, managing resources and ensuring the smooth operation of our educational programs.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with our teaching staff to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs, and provide leadership and guidance to our teaching assistants.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in teaching and coordinating educational programs, preferably in an international school setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, staff, and parents.
