Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Myp Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in education, with experience in collaborative planning and team-teaching approaches. The ideal candidate will be able to differentiate and deliver engaging lessons, while also maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver high-quality lessons
- Assess and report student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Take a proactive approach to student welfare and pastoral development
- Manage classroom resources and maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Participate in school events, trips, and extra-curricular activities
- Line manage the teaching assistant and provide guidance and support
Requirements
- At least a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Previous experience in education, preferably in a collaborative planning environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing circumstances
