Your Opportunity with Us

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Trade Marketing and Revenue Growth Manager in Madrid. This role will involve supporting our teams across the globe by defining global strategies, guidelines, and frameworks to ensure correct planning, execution, and tracking. The successful candidate will drive business units to achieve their objectives by providing strategic leadership and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define strategic guidelines and frameworks for customer segmentation, category management, perfect store, PPA playbook, pricing, and other key areas to ensure alignment and correct local deployment of TMK&RGM strategic levers.
  • Transfer the defined TMK & RGM vision and shared objectives to different teams, ensuring correct alignment and local support if needed.
  • Develop and maintain reporting and shared KPIs to be completed among business units.
  • Support the development of Strategic Business Plans, ensuring that the correct vision of TMK & RGM is reflected within the organization.
  • Provide a global POS toolkit acting as a handbook for all markets, including main action levers for internal usage and external agencies.
  • Define budget allocation guidelines to serve as a frame of reference.
  • Build shared assets for Key Account Managers (KAMs), including category training material, commercial onboarding, process handbooks, negotiation techniques, and more.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated leadership in driving core trade marketing & RGM projects and functions forward.
  • Proficiency in TMK strategies to translate marketing vision into actionable plans.
  • In-depth industry knowledge and market trends to anticipate market volatility, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Ability to lead organizational change initiatives and drive adoption of new processes, strategies, and global best practices.
  • Excellent coordination and project management skills to facilitate seamless communication within the organization.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
