Job Description

As a Game Designer for Casual Games, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and balancing games that capture and retain players. You will work closely with developers, artists, and other designers to create fun and immersive gaming experiences.

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in game design, preferably in the casual games sector
  • Experience with game design tools and prototyping software
  • Demonstrable portfolio with relevant projects in casual games
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present design ideas
  • Attention to detail and the ability to create innovative and entertaining designs
  • Knowledge of trends and preferences in the casual games market
  • Familiarity with the development and design of casual games
  • Ability to analyze game data and use insights to improve design
Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and engaging game ideas and concepts for the casual audience
  • Create and balance game mechanics that are accessible, fun, and addictive
  • Write detailed design documents that outline all game features and mechanics
  • Create and balance levels in different casual genres, such as match-3, puzzle, and card games
  • Design all the aspects related to the in-game economy, like monetization mechanics in casual games
  • Work with the development team to implement and adjust game designs
  • Create game prototypes for internal testing and design concept validation
  • Analyze game data and user feedback to make continuous adjustments and improvements
