Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Booking Manager to join our team in the South of Tenerife. As a Booking Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating a team that handles booking management, stop sales, allotment control, and follow-up of bookings in our destination. If you have experience in managing bookings and ensuring a high quality of service, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead the Booking Management Team
- Manage Notifications and Special Requests
- Manage Stop Sales and Allotment Control
- Daily Follow-up of Bookings
- Control of Average Price per Booking and Percentage of Occupation in the Destination
- Communicate with TTOO and Hoteliers
- Manage Incidents and Complaints
- Coordinate the Team to Ensure Best Quality of Service
Requirements
- 2+ Years of Experience in a Similar Position
- High Level of English, Other Languages a Plus
- Tourism Studies or Related Fields
- Good Knowledge of the Destination
- Good Knowledge of Excel and Outlook
- Leadership Capability & Teamwork Capability
