Job Purpose

The Cost Margin & Profitability Data Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring all the standard costs of our manufactured products and for the deviations analysis versus the standard. This role also involves the use of continuous improvement methodologies across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accountable for the development, maintenance and monitoring of product costs.
  • Accountable for monitoring and analyzing cost deviations, Scrap (material usage variations), OEE and metrics reports.
  • Accountable for cost estimation of manufacturing trials and projects.
  • Lead studies and reports of potential savings and continuous improvement plans.
  • Accountable for submitting reports to the Senior Leader Team. Weekly and Monthly reports and Plan and LBEs estimations.
  • Support Scrap optimization projects.
  • Influence Senior Leader Team (SLT) to develop business relationships that promote the efficient and effective utilization of resources to accomplish site objectives.
  • Support the Projects Management portfolio of the site.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics.
  • Deep knowledge of cost elaboration.
  • English language (C1 level) minimum.
  • High level of Power BI and Advanced Excel knowledge - advanced.
  • Knowledge in Data Analytics tools.
  • Outstanding skills in Project Management.
  • User-level knowledge of the BPCS (Business Planning and Control System).
  • Planning skills.
  • Communications skills (Conflict management, Challenging conversations, Mindful).
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Project Management knowledge: PMP, Lean Six Sigma.
