Job Purpose :

The Cost Margin and Profitability Data Analyst is responsible for developing and monitoring all the standard costs of our manufactured products and for the deviations analysis versus the standard. This role also involves the use of continuous improvement methodologies across the site.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date product cost models.
  2. Monitor and analyze cost deviations, scrap, OEE, and metrics reports to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Estimate costs for manufacturing trials and projects.
  4. Lead studies and reports on potential savings and continuous improvement plans.
  5. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on financial performance and cost management.
  6. Support scrap optimization projects and contribute to the development of business relationships that promote efficient resource utilization.
  7. Collaborate with the projects management portfolio to drive business objectives.

Requirements :

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High-level knowledge of project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proven experience in engaging and influencing others, including senior leadership and collaborators.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications :

Green Belt certification and PMP (Project Management Professional) certification are desirable.
