Senior Project Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team at Group Ips. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex industrial projects from initiation to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards
- Manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Monitor and report project progress, and make adjustments as needed
Requirements
- Industrial engineer specialization in one of the following qualifications: Industrial Organization, Chemicals or Bio-Chemicals, Mechanical (and/or similar)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in industrial project management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, and French or German is an asset
- Driver License B
- Knowledge in PC-literate MS word and Excel and PowerPoint applications, MS Project, Auto CAD
