Key Responsibilities:

* Align business objectives with employees and management
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues
* Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management
* Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
* Develop HR-related policies and procedures
* Advise on talent development and organizational changes
* Provide guidance on workforce planning and support in budgeting
* Support the Management in Talent Development and Culture projects
* Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR Managing
* Solid understanding of HR practices and regulations in the European region
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to drive HR initiatives and projects from conception to implementation
* Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and performance management
* Experience in HR analytics and utilizing data to drive insights and decision-making
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
* Fluency in English and Spanish
