Key Responsibilities- Advisory Board Management: Identify key opinion leaders, manage budgets, and coordinate event logistics to facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration.
- Scientific Literature Analysis: Analyze and provide insights on market trends, objection handling, and product development to inform business decisions.
- Market Trend Analysis: Gather, summarize, and make recommendations on key market trends to inform product management and R&D strategies.
- Scientific Committee Participation: Represent the company in scientific committees and contribute to the development of scientific policies and guidelines.
- Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate knowledge sharing among different groups to promote collaboration and innovation.
- Global Collaborations: Develop and manage global medical and scientific collaborations to advance our scientific goals.
- Advocacy: Drive advocacy through scientific congresses and evidence dissemination to promote our products and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in life science, preferably microbiology, business, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Experience: Equivalent work experience in industry preferred; MBA is also desirable.
- Skills: Strong experience in commercial, technical sales marketing, product management, sales, and/or lab operations. Experience working with regulatory bodies and new product launches.
