About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong expertise in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or a related field to join our dynamic and diverse global team. As a key member of our Consumer product team, you will be responsible for leading and defining the R&D for our core methods, evaluating and improving current methodologies, and developing innovative solutions to address challenges in a dynamic market environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with international teams in a flexible and supportive setting to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Evaluate and improve current methodologies, especially consumer projection and analytical models.
  • Lead and define the R&D for the Consumer product's core methods, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop prototypes of new solutions and methodologies to address challenges in a dynamic market environment.
  • Coordinate efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree or PhD in Mathematics, Statistics, Socio-economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years of experience managing a team.
  • Strong statistical and logical skills, with experience in outlier validation, sampling, bias reduction, indirect estimation, or data aggregation techniques.
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and (un)managed consumer-related crowd-sourced panels.
  • Proficiency in manipulating, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets.
  • Strong experience with Python or another high-level programming language, with a willingness to learn Python.
