Customer Growth Strategist

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Growth Specialist to manage client relationships and support strategic growth initiatives. This role requires strong communication and coordination skills, as you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver data-driven marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular check-ins with clients, facilitate strategy discussions, and respond to inquiries.
- Assist in crafting growth-oriented plans, identify upsell opportunities, and adapt strategies based on data insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to organize tasks and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Analyze KPIs, prepare monthly client reports, and provide high-level insights for leadership.
- Gather feedback, conduct satisfaction surveys, and address concerns to enhance retention.
- Support improvements in internal processes and stay updated on industry trends.
This position is an independent contractor role, working remotely in the EST time zone. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation, particularly with CRM systems, and a strong command of English for effective client communication.
The salary range for this position is up to $2000 USD/month, depending on experience and qualifications.
