Job Title: Costs Controller Supervisor

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Costs Controller Supervisor to join our team at Exclusivas Imanara. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our cost control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site measurements and verify unit pricing of executed works to ensure compliance with contractual documents and specifications.
  • Extract measurement data required for contract estimations and maintain project technical files.
  • Create service entry sheets (SAP) for approved certifications and manage purchase order records and archives.
  • Analyze and report on requests for changes and additional work, ensuring compliance with contractual conditions and specifications.
  • Develop and implement an effective control system for extra job orders in collaboration with site supervisors.
  • Identify and propose preventive measures to ensure work compliance with current regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy.
  • Fluency in Spanish and proficiency in Office Package and SAP.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
