Job Description:

As a Costs Controller Supervisor at Exclusivas Imanara, you will be responsible for overseeing the costs control process in various projects. This includes carrying out and checking site measurements, verifying unit pricing, and managing purchase order records. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining project technical files, updating documentation, and creating service entry sheets. Additionally, you will analyze and elaborate reports on requests made by supervisors regarding changes and additional work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out and/or check site measurements of piping assembly, thermal insulation, and painting.
  • Verify the correct unit pricing of site units in certifications of executed works.
  • Manage purchase order records and archives, certifications, and contractual correspondence.
  • Analyze and elaborate reports on requests made by supervisors regarding changes and additional work.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar position in the petrochemical industry, gas & oil, and energy.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
  • Office Package user level and handling of SAP.
