About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate potential customers on our client's product through cold calling and outreach campaigns
  • Generate leads through various tools and resources, including email, phone, and social media
  • Transform potential business leads into sales prospects and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in our CRM
  • Foster collaboration with the sales team to support lead conversion and opportunity management
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting), preferably in the SaaS industry
  • Native level of English
  • Strong motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Passion for sales and a goal-oriented mindset
