About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for the first part of the sales cycle, identifying leads, and qualifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate potential customers on our client's product through cold calling in your assigned territory
  • Run outreach campaigns and generate leads through different tools and resources, using email, phone, and social media
  • Transform potential business leads into sales prospects and build long-term relationships in your target audience, concentrating on our current customers
  • Maintain accurate information on prospects and interaction activities in their CRM
  • Foster collaboration with the sales team, providing support in lead conversion and opportunity management
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience as an SDR (outbound prospecting), ideally within the SaaS industry
  • You are a native English speaker
  • You have great motivation and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • You are passionate about what you do and always looking to go the extra mile. You are goal-oriented
