About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our Product Analytics Engineering function, where you will play a key role in developing and maintaining our Data Warehouse and serving it to the whole company.

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and continuously improving our data warehouse to support the business' internal and external reporting requirements. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, advise on and influence solutions, and take ownership of data implementation and delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design, build, and maintain our data warehouse to support business reporting requirements
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data solutions
  3. Manage the company-wide business intelligence tool and train users on its use
  4. Ensure best development practices are implemented by engineers and analysts across the data warehouse
  5. Drive process improvements and tool enhancements
Requirements
  1. 1+ years of experience in data/analytics engineering, building, maintaining, and optimizing data solutions
  2. Strong understanding of SQL programming and dimensional modeling/data warehousing concepts
  3. Familiarity with modern data stack tools, including dbt, Google Cloud Platform, and Looker
  4. Good communication skills, with ability to collaborate with multiple teams
  5. Fluency in English (Spanish a plus)
  6. Experience in financial services and capital markets (FX, payments, money markets, etc.) a plus
