Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Video Marketing Innovator to join our team at Amazon EU SARL (Spain Branch) - C16. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing video marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
About the Role:
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract position. We are looking for a candidate with 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or consulting. You should have a proven analytical mindset, strong business sense, and a willingness to constantly learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
Responsibilities:
- Owning video marketing campaigns end-to-end and delivering results through planning, creation, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
- Developing a deep understanding and precise practice of using relevant tools to run campaigns, including periodically analyzing, making sense of, and reporting campaign metrics.
- Collaborating closely with cross-team marketing professionals, creatives, Tech, and Business Intelligence Teams to establish end-to-end processes, surface synergies, share learnings, and design joint campaigns.
- Continuously learning about the main aspects that drive innovation in the video marketing space, including incumbent and new video marketing solutions, incrementality measurement methodologies, and creative best practices in the industry.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, product management, or consulting.
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills with a passion and aptitude for analysis and related tools.
- Interest and willingness to learn the quantitative and technical aspects of digital marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Salary: €80,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
