We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll and HR Expert to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of monthly payroll for our hotel, supported by the Director of Human Resources and Director of Finance.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the monthly and annual payroll processes and related activities.
- Support the HR Director and drive the HR strategy for the hotel.
- Provide subject matter expertise to property managers regarding all HR matters.
- Lead all activities that support internal audits.
- Ensure the department has the necessary resources to administer employee matters.
- High school diploma or GED; 3 years experience in human resources, management operations, or related professional area.
- Relevant experience in payroll and/or finance, ideally in a hotel environment.
