Position Overview
The role involves overseeing the enhancement of manufacturing processes within the plant by utilizing standard methodologies such as data analysis, collaborative teamwork, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the integration of all departments involved in project execution to fulfill specific project requirements.
- Establish and articulate clear objectives with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Ensure transparent communication, providing essential information to all team members.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all project-related activities.
- Offer comprehensive insights regarding potential project alternatives, considering technical solutions, supplier knowledge, plant standards, budgets, timelines, and after-sales services.
- Assist plant operations as required.
- Adhere strictly to the project management system in place.
- Uphold Safety and Quality standards within the plant, encouraging compliance among team members.
- Manage projects comprehensively from the initial study phase through to implementation and optimization, while proposing technical enhancements to machinery, processes, and facilities.
- Support plant operations when necessary, ensuring alignment with objectives, budget, and timelines.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, particularly in food manufacturing and process development.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
