Job Description:

As a Project Manager at Schreiber Foods, you will be responsible for managing continuous improvement of plant processes using standard tools such as data analysis, interdisciplinary group work, and communication. Your goal will be to work and integrate all departments involved in a project to meet specific requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain documentation of all actions and projects.
  • Provide clear information regarding possible alternatives to projects, considering technical solutions, knowledge of suppliers, and plant standards.
  • Support plant operations when needed.
  • Strictly apply project management systems and comply with Safety and Quality requirements.
  • Manage projects from the study phase to implementation and optimization, ensuring technical improvements of machinery, processes, and facilities.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in food manufacturing and process development.
  • English and Spanish fluency.
