We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Trainer to join our team at Reconocida empresa, a leading international Real Estate Consultancy. As a Systems Trainer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Training Program Development: Design and create training materials and programs to address specific business objectives, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with employees, human resources, IT teams, and managers to ensure the achievement of training objectives and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Training Delivery and Evaluation: Deliver training programs and assess their effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement and ensuring that training objectives are met.
- Staying Up-to-Date: Stay current with the latest training trends, developments, and best practices in the field of corporate learning and development.
- Training Needs Analysis: Identify and assess the training and employee development needs of the organization, providing recommendations for improvement.
- 3-5 years of previous experience with Dynamics or another CRM system.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and strong team player who builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishing trust and credibility.
- Initiative to work independently and take ownership of projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A curious and innovative approach to training and development.
- Fluent Spanish and English (C1/C2) language proficiency.
