Job Opportunity

You will be part of the Veepee HR team, dedicated to providing expert advice and support in labor matters to our employees. Our mission is to ensure a seamless work experience throughout their entire employment cycle.

Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability of personnel based on recruitment and selection needs through temporary employment agencies.
  • Manage and process all aspects related to the employment relationship, including contracts, embargoes, absenteeism, holidays, and personnel costs.
  • Prepare and analyze HR indicators, such as absenteeism, staff book, and costs.
  • Control and manage staff attendance, leave administration, and employee benefits.

Requirements

  • Higher education in Law, Business Administration, Economics, or Psychology.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Master's degree in HR or related fields is desirable.
  • Essential intermediate level of English (B1/B2).
  • Advanced computer skills, including Excel, and experience with Google sites is a plus.

Working Conditions

  • Permanent contract with a 3-month trial period.
  • 22 working days of holiday entitlement.
