Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Biostatistician to join our team in the Early Phase Cardiovascular department. As a key member of our biostatistics team, you will be responsible for leading the statistical aspects of clinical trials, developing Statistical Analysis Plans, and mentoring junior biostatisticians.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the statistical aspects of clinical trials, including the development of Statistical Analysis Plans and the generation of randomization schedules.
  • Mentor junior biostatisticians and provide training on statistical concepts and programming techniques.
  • Direct the activities of other biostatisticians on assigned projects to ensure timely completion of high-quality work.
  • Provide independent review of project work produced by other biostatisticians in the department.
  • Support the development of proposals, budgets, and sponsor bid defense meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in biostatistics or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in clinical trials or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS or R.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
