Concession Sales Associate Opportunity

Michael Kors is seeking a talented and globally-minded individual to join our team as a Concession Sales Associate. If you have a passion for fashion and enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Utilize client books to drive sales and increase repeat business
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
Requirements:
  • Experience in retail and luxury sales
  • Ability to work as a team member and contribute to a collaborative environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
