About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Francesca's. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide a personalized and engaging shopping experience for every guest, every time they visit our boutique.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including current trends, styles, and promotions.
  • Transaction Processing: Accurately and efficiently process transactions using our point-of-sale system.
  • Store Maintenance: Assist in maintaining a visually inspiring store environment, including recovery and replenishment of products.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to execute company direction and complete tasks while prioritizing our guests.
Requirements
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the boutique, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Urgency: Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Contribute to a positive and fun professional work environment.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Ability: Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, and climbing.
  • Independence: Must be able to work independently.
  • Lifting: Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
