Key Responsibilities:- Manage shop floor operations, including production planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Develop and implement production standards, including control plans, working standards, and PFMEA.
- Analyze and establish production line KPI standards, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production line efficiency and reduce waste.
- Manage production systems, including MES and ERP, to optimize performance and productivity.
- Document production performance and other key metrics to inform business decisions.
- Manage production supplies and materials, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.
- Lead and manage field workers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Conduct process capability analysis and improvement initiatives, such as 6-sigma and triz.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or a related field.
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Engineering) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions.
- Proficiency in ERP (SAP) and MES systems, with experience in production planning and control.
- Full-time permanent employment with Randstad Es.
